Resep Keripik Pare Renyah. Tadinya Dibenci, Sekarang Anak-anak Suka Banget

Pare memang identik dengan rasanya yang pahit. Jangankan anak-anak, orang tua pun banyak yang nggak doyan, hehe. Padahal sayuran ini memiliki banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan, termasuk mengobati diabetes, dan meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh,
Tapi jangan salah, begitu pare ini dibikin keripik yang renyah dan nggak pait, eh malah buat rebutan sama anak-anak. Enak dan mantap!
Bikinnya cukup mudah dan cepat. bunda juga sepertinya perlu coba resep ini di rumah.

Bahan-bahan:
  • 3 buah pare agak besar
  • 2 sdm garam
  • 1 sdm air kapur sirih
  • air secukupnya untuk rendaman
Bahan Tepung Crispy:
  • 250 gr tepung beras
  • 50 gr tepung tapioka
  • 1 butir telur
  • ½ sdt garam (secukupnya)
  • ½ sdt kaldu bubuk
  • ½ sdt ketumbar
  • ½ sdt bawang putih bubuk atau 2 siung bawang putih dihaluskan
  • 150 ml air (secukupnya)


Cara Membuat:
1. Belah pare, kemudian buang bagian dalamnya. Iris tipis2 dengan alat potong.
2. Bilas pare dengan air mengalir. Kemudian rendam dengan air, tambahkan garam dan air kapur. Aduk rata, diamkan selama 1 jam.
3. Cuci dan tiriskan pare, lalu rendam dengan air hangat sebentar. Kemudian tiriskan.
4. Campurkan semua bahan tepung, telur dan bumbu, aduk rata, tambahkan air. Adonan agak kental.
5. Masukkan potongan pare, aduk rata. Adonan menjadi agak encer (tapi tidak terlalu encer) karena kandungan air dari pare.
6. Panaskan minyak, kemudian goreng pare dengan api sedang, sampe bener2 kering dan minyak tidak berbuih lagi, angkat dan tiriskan.
7. Setelah dingin, simpan keripik pare dalam wadah kedap.
